Can 2021 be worse than 2020?
I sincerely hope not but more importantly all the signs are that this year we will emerge from the Covid Pandemic and consistently be working toward a more familiar lifestyle, both in our personal time and our working day.
So what are your plans for 2021?
We have been working away on our goals and objectives fro Remous Print and I am sure many of you (As did I) sighed when after 24h back to work we entered another lockdown, week one after Christmas is often a quiet one as we all tidy our desks and start our ‘new year new you’ habits be that a planner, a diet, a new working process; but that cathartic cleaning of desks & offices, workshops and benches alike all ends this week and we are faced with 2021, a year we have no idea which direction it will take.
The majority of businesses I am speaking with are still challenged with finding enough business, the lockdowns have had a profound effect on the economy and many people are very cautious about budgets.
Having said that the world is still turning we all still need products and services but demand may have fallen a little, this means your business may be looking to fill capacity. The over capacity is largely (temporarily) demand driven so, so now is the time to focus on marketshare
whilst demand is lower and that means using the extra time available to grab the marketing by the scruff of the neck, build a plan, execute and deliver a bold marketing message to clients and prospects alike, as you can be certain the majority of your competitors will keeping their heads down and hoping everything will get better!
