The Accura system we have installed controls your job from initial quote through to the invoicing stage, this enables order clarity and real time job tracking.

Once your job has been estimated it is recorded in our production system, from this point on you can simply place the order giving the estimate number.

We can automatically email you with order confirmation to ensure we are working to the correct specification. Once proofs are ready these can be sent direct from our production system as PDF’s with a Proof Approval Slip attached. This ensures data prompt approval and records the correct PDF which can be view at any time in the future when a reprint may some around.

As your electronic order travels through production we can give accurate feedback on job progress, the same order produces your Parcel labels and Delivery Note, all to ensure the details are correct.
